Statement of Purpose
In lieu of a traditional statement of purpose, applicant's must submit a document that answers the following admission questions in no more than two paragraphs each: 1) Thinking in terms of your legacy, how are you making an impact now and what will you do in the future to create your legacy? 2) In your opinion, what is the greatest challenge your industry will face in the future? What ideas do you have for dealing with this challenge? 3) Have you been a member of a team that struggled or failed to accomplish its goal? If so, what assessment did you make of the reasons for the failure? What would it have taken to make the team successful? .

Two letters of recommendation: one from applicant's direct supervisor and one from applicant's organization/company.
Transcript

Graduate Admission Test Scores

GRE: 300, GMAT: 500.
The admission test score is waived for those holding a graduate degree at the time of enrollment or 5+ years of related work experience. Students who do not meet these requirements, but who excel in other areas, may be considered for Admission with Permission to Continue.
English Proficiency Test
Official English proficiency test score from TOEFL, IELTS or PTE – required for applicants whose first language is not English, unless they have a U.S. degree earned within three years (of enrolling in their graduate program) or have studied in the U.S. for two years immediately prior to enrolling here.
